In Ruth 3:18, Naomi urges Ruth to wait patiently for news of her future. God was in control of the events though He involved humans in the process. Are you waiting on the Lord? Who are you waiting for the Lord to save? Are you waiting patiently or fretting in unbelief? Stop now and ask God to help you wait patiently. Waiting is active. Pray in eager anticipation, praising the Lord with thanksgiving in hope that He will answer and act.
