Father:

I ask that You help me to understand these chapters this week With so much information given that is not easy to understand, I pray You would open my eyes to see the importance of why each detail has been preserved in Your holy Word. Strengthen my trust in You as I study this week.

In Christ’s name I pray, Amen.

Background

Although this week’s chapters can be hard to apply, we can see God’s details and plan in the allocation of the land. Nothing is happenstance with God. There is order and purpose in these chapters that only God could orchestrate.
