Unhindered: Loving God to the Ends of the Earth
The Story of Acts
Who doesn’t love a good sequel? In Luke’s gospel account, the good doctor carefully put together a record of Jesus’ life, ministry, death, and resurrection so his audience would be certain of their newfound faith in their loving Lord. In the book of Acts, Luke continues his careful account of the history of the church that Jesus said He would build through His followers—including followers like Paul, who transformed from a hater and persecutor of the church to a bold preacher of the Gospel unhindered by any circumstance.
In our summer study of Acts, we will discover how the Spirit empowers us for worshipping God, loving one another, growing together spiritually, creating a vibrant community of faith, and joining in the mission of God to reach the ends of the earth, unhindered.
