The Incarnation
Memory Verse:
But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law, so that He might redeem those who were under the Law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. (Galatians 4:4-5, NASB)
Background:
Christ came to earth to inaugurate the new covenant and the church age. His death on the cross gave those who believe in Him new access to God, forgiveness of sin, the enabling presence of the Holy Spirit, and a future inheritance.
